In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all safety measures are in place and effectively communicated to the team. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to address any safety concerns and implement corrective actions. Your daily tasks will include conducting safety audits, preparing safety reports, and coordinating with external safety consultants when necessary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures in accordance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and existing staff.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety documentation, including incident reports and hazard assessments.
• Coordinate with external safety consultants and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement among the workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Certification as a Safety Officer (ISO 45001) or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, K3LH, and SMK3.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and specific safety tools like safety data sheets (SDS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as required.
