📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for urban mobility, including public transportation, traffic management, and sustainable transportation initiatives.
• Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of transportation infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, and public transit systems.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations to drive innovation and best practices in urban mobility.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in urban mobility, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of urban mobility projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung Islands at national and international conferences, workshops, and forums related to urban mobility.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the urban mobility team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the field of urban mobility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on urban mobility or transportation systems.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban planning, transportation engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project management and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of urban mobility best practices, including public transportation, traffic management, and sustainable transportation.
• Proficiency in using urban mobility planning and analysis software, such as TransCAD, Cubic, or Vissim.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
