📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international laws
• Provide legal advice and support to cross-functional teams
• Ensure that all contracts are legally sound and protect the interests of RecruitPedia Pte Ltd
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments on third-party vendors and business partners
• Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
• Represent RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in legal matters, both internally and externally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a strong background in legal drafting and negotiation
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong understanding of local and international business laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
