As a Guest Relations & Operations Assistant, you'll be the face of The Soul Seeds, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave.

In this role, you'll manage a variety of tasks, including check-in/check-out processes, coordinating with housekeeping and dining services, and assisting with event planning and execution. You'll also be responsible for maintaining guest records and ensuring all operations run smoothly, from daily housekeeping schedules to special requests and concerns.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining services, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage guest records, including reservations, special requests, and feedback.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all details are met.
• Maintain and update guest communication records using CRM software.
• Assist with daily housekeeping schedules and special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering for guest amenities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
