📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and eliminate waste.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational issues.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to employees on Lean manufacturing practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Lean manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lean Manufacturing Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing Certification).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools such as ERP systems, MES, and quality control software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel as needed for project work.
