📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, document, and implement business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for NewCo CNN.
• Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance, gathering data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve process design and implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing, documenting, and implementing business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Strong knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques, such as BPMN, SIPOC, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
