📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment.,Coordinate with clients to schedule service calls and ensure timely service delivery.,Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.,Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.,Provide technical support to clients and answer their queries about our products and services.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all service needs are met.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in refrigeration.,Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in refrigeration maintenance and service.,Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for service calls.,Ability to travel to client sites as required.
