📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.,Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.,Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as necessary.,Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and activities.,Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure their security needs are met.,Monitor and control access to restricted areas and sensitive information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management and leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing security teams.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security license or certification preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
