📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote CEPCO's concrete products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the concrete industry.,Manage and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use and application of CEPCO's concrete products.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the quality and performance of our concrete products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the concrete engineering field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field in the construction or concrete industry.,Strong understanding of the concrete industry and its products.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the construction industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
