📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.,Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.,Identify and address production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.,Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to travel and work in a remote location if necessary.
