📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to maintain stock.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and quality products.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations and management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
