📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Manage and grow our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and blog posts.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of our strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and mentor junior social media specialists.,Ensure compliance with social media guidelines and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
