📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and HR trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at HR-related events and forums.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
