📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient and effective management of all departments.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the clinic's performance, patient satisfaction, and overall business growth.,Manage and motivate the clinic's team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental suppliers, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for the board of directors.,Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental clinic management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing dental clinics and achieving business objectives.,Strong knowledge of dental practice management, including patient care, scheduling, and billing.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using dental management software and other relevant business tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
