E-commerce Operations Assistant

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or inventory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotions and discounts.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales performance and inventory turnover.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.
• Proficient in using Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
