📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of company goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.,Identify and address any operational or administrative issues that may arise.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements in the department.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or department.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is a plus.
