📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the advertising industry.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the advertising industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
