As an Assistant Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Prepare and distribute job postings on various job portals and company websites.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
