📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing the department, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.,Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.,Overseeing employee training and development programs.,Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Collaborating with senior management to drive departmental success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor teams.,Experience with HR software and tools.,Familiarity with remote work management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
