📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site engineering projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for site improvements and maintenance.,Develop and maintain engineering plans, specifications, and drawings.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of successful project completion.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
